Renowned visual artist, Quang Dai, has debuted his thought-provoking installation art at the Palais-Royal, a historic landmark in the heart of Paris. The pageant draws the participation of 38 contestants from across the world, with the ultimate winner set to receive a cash prize of US$100,000.
