The Hanoi Autumn Carnival, a vibrant and colorful event, took place on October 1st as part of the Hanoi Autumn Festival. A morning parade saw participation from up to 1,500 individuals comprising municipal civil servants, students, members of art groups, and craftsmen from various parts of the city.
