Ho Chi Minh City to Host Inaugural River Festival

City dwellers and tourists will have the opportunity to participate in the festival at various locations, including the Saigon Cruise Port, the Bach Dang Wharf Park, the Nhieu Loc-Thi Nghe Canal area, the Binh Dong Wharf, and the Suoi Tien Cultural Tourist Area. During a press conference on the festival held on July 12 in Ho Chi Minh City, Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa, Director of the City Department of Tourism, announced that a wide range of activities will be held along the Saigon River to attract tourists through art performances and promotional programs. These efforts aim to stimulate consumer demand during the peak summer season. Vietnams South-central Province to Host International Drone Light Show Competition

Vice-chairman of the Khanh Hoa People’s Committee Dinh Van Thieu said on Wednesday that the province would organize an international drone light contest within the framework of the Nha Trang Beach Tourism Festival in June 2024. As per a proposal made by the provincial Department of Tourism and other relevant units, the competition will feature the participation of up to eight teams from China, South Korea, India, and Vietnam. Drone light shows will take place on the beaches in Nha Trang and Cam Ranh on four Friday evenings during the festival. Each show will last 15 minutes. Children’s winning artworks displayed in Hanoi

More than 400 children’s paintings that won the National Children’s Painting Contest 2023 are on display at the Vietnam Exhibition Center for Culture and Arts, Hanoi, from June 1 to 10.  Delegates are watching paintings chosen from the National Children’s Painting Contest 2023.
