During the festival, which will run until January 5, Sa Dec City in southern Vietnam has welcomed an estimated 140,000 visitors, according to an official from the Sa Dec City People’s Committee. This city, along with Cao Lanh and Hong Ngu, is part of the Dong Thap region. Visitors to the festival have been treated to beautiful flower arrangements, captivating art performances, and various other activities. Vo Thi Binh, vice-chairwoman of the Sa Dec City administration, stated that around 40,000 people attended the festival’s opening ceremony on Saturday. Among the tens of thousands of guests who have visited the festival is Ly Thua Loi, a tourist from neighboring Kien Giang Province.
