Vietnam Trade Office in Hong Kong Participates in Food Expo
The 33rd Food Expo of Hong Kong opened on Thursday at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, showcasing the latest culinary trends from 20 countries and regions. The event, which is the first fair since the Covid-19 pandemic, features cooking demonstrations, master classes, seminars, and celebrity chefs. Several Vietnamese specialties are on display at the Hong Kong Food Expo 2023, which is taking place from August 17-21, according to VNA. This is the first time that the Vietnam Cashew Nut Processing Technology Joint Stock Company CPT, based in Binh Phuoc province, is participating in this fair. The company hopes to expand its export market and increase its factory’s capacity, creating more employment opportunities for local farmers and workers.
