Australian Foreign Minister to Speaks with Vietnamese Australians on Promoting New Cooperation
According to the Australian Embassy in Vietnam, this is Penny Wong’s second visit to Vietnam as Australia’s Foreign Minister. Wong will meet Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son, and other senior leaders to discuss common interests, including the economic and security relations between the two countries. The two foreign ministers will hold the fifth annual Australia-Vietnam Foreign Ministers’ meeting, where they will discuss regional priorities and how we can expand our cooperation, including on climate change, trade and investment, education, and digital delivery of government services.
