The Dong Xuan Trade Center in the Lichtenberg district of Berlin recently hosted a gathering with Vietnamese businesses to celebrate the New Year, as reported by VOV. Following the conclusion of the Miss Grand International 2023 grand finale on October 25 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnamese representative Le Hoang Phuong was crowned as the fourth runner up.
