Enjoy the Delicious Taste of Turkish Cuisine with Doner Keb

When you think of Vietnamese food, you probably think of pho and freshly rolled spring rolls. Not the döner kebab – a meaty, German-Turkish late-night snack. But, over the past decade or so, mobile kebab stands have been popping up all over Vietnam’s cities. They’re now a ubiquitous part of the street food. Late afternoon at the gate of Hanoi Foreign Trade University, a group of students lined up in front of a Doner Kebab cart. In the car, the most prominent thing is the golden meat that radiates an attractive aroma. The pieces of meat are skewered on a stainless steel post, rotated, and placed next to an electric oven. Ngo Gia Phong – the owner of the food cart – used a sharp knife to slice each piece of meat less than 1mm thin. The juicy and moist slices of meat are put inside the bread, along with vegetables such as cabbage, onions, herbs, carrots, and cucumbers. 2023 Milky Way Photographer of the Year Contest: Stunning Photos

The collection features 25 photos of the Milky Way taken from 16 countries around the world. The final selection was chosen from over 3,000 applicants. Many of the photos were taken in unique and remote locations where the Milky Way had not been photographed before. Examples include Socotra, a remote island in the Indian Ocean, and Madagascar, where the photographer had to photograph with armed guards. Other locations include a remote area in Spain called Serrania de Cuenca, as well as Namibia and New Zealand. The photos showcase stunning landscapes such as deserts, mountains, glaciers, and beaches, with the Milky Way shining in the sky. Hang said that several years ago, it was common to see drunken men lying next to their motorbikes on the streets in Dak Pao.  “Ca Dong people often drink, but in Dak Pao, they drink too much.
