New Hanoi Culinary Hub Set to Launch in September

The upcoming event is part of the activities planned to celebrate Hanoi’s Liberation Day, marking its 69th anniversary on October 10. The event aims to showcase the unique culinary offerings of the capital as a tourism attraction for both local residents and international tourists.

The event space will be divided into different sections, each highlighting traditional Vietnamese dishes such as Bún Thang (Hanoi chicken vermicelli soup), Chả Cá Lã Vọng (La Vong Grilled Fish), Phú Thượng sticky rice, and Bánh Mì (Vietnamese baguette).

The highlight of the event will be a dedicated space for Hanoi’s famous Phở (Vietnamese noodle soup) and other renowned phở brands.

Visitors will also get to witness the process of making fiber, an essential ingredient in popular dishes like Bún (vermicelli) and Phở.

Furthermore, there will be sections dedicated to international cuisine and contemporary dishes, as well as a platform to promote Michelin-starred restaurants that contribute to establishing the city as a premium culinary tourism destination.

The event provides an excellent opportunity for artisans from traditional craft villages to showcase their culinary products to a large and diverse audience of domestic and foreign tourists.
