Hanoi to open flower street in western district this week
A flower street named Home Hanoi Spring 2023 is set to be held for the third time between January 13 and 25 in the Splendora urban area of Hoai Duc District, west of Hanoi downtown in order to celebrate the upcoming Tet (Lunar New Year) holiday.
The event is co-organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese, Vietnamese investment group Sovico, Vietnamese real estate firm Phu Long, and creative hub Mailand Hanoi City.

Notably, about 100 stalls offering specialties and craft products from various regions across Vietnam are set up at the Tet market.

The organizers expect to welcome nearly 3,000 visitors to the annual flower street, which was introduced for the first time in the 2021 Tet.
